We are coming towards the end of what has turned out to be a very exciting year for us all here at Nonlinear Dynamics. We’ve made new partnerships, developed new products and expanded our team with some great new people.
Some of the highlights of 2012 include:
- The release of Progenesis CoMet v2.0 beta which introduced compound ion deconvolution and MetaScope into the workflow.
- The announcement at ASMS of our agreement with Waters to co-develop TransOmics™ Informatics for Proteomics and TransOmics™ Informatics for Metabolomics and Lipidomics which is powered by the Progenesis software.
- We expanded our development team with the recruitment of 3 new software developers (Joel Rein, Ian Reah, Steven Anderson) and a new software tester (Anjum Ahmed).
- We launched Progenesis ClearSpec which deisotopes and charge deconvolutes thousands of high-resolution MS/MS spectra in seconds. It has multiple uses including protein characterisation studies, increasing reliability and accuracy of peptide and protein database searches and helping researchers build high quality spectral libraries.
The year has flown by, and we have now reached that festive time when a lot of people, including us here in the UK, take some time off to spend with family and friends.
We would like to wish you all the best for the season, and we’ll be back on the blog with more interesting news and updates in 2013.
Happy holidays!
Best wishes,
