As the Nonlinear Dynamics customer base continues to grow at a rapid rate, we have expanded our customer support team to include a new customer support coordinator. We are delighted to welcome Vicki Elliff who joined Nonlinear last month. Vicki’s scientific training and previous experience working in customer support have enabled her to slot straight into the team, working with Progenesis users and getting to grips with the huge variety of research our customers are involved in.
Vicki moved to Newcastle upon Tyne, where Nonlinear’s HQ are based, to study Biomedical Sciences at Newcastle University. She graduated in 2010 and enjoyed living in the north-east of England so much, she decided to stay. Since then, she has worked as a technical support scientist for a medical devices company that specialise in diagnostics using electrophoretic techniques. And now she has joined Nonlinear.
I asked Vicki how she has found her first month with us and she said, “I love how innovative and modern the place is. Nonlinear offers me new challenges that are exciting and it’s great to be a part of such a varied team. I enjoy my role in customer support as I like helping people and solving problems.”
Vicki’s interests outside of work include horse-riding, live music, reading, looking after her house rabbit and 5 pet rats. She’s also a member of The National Trust and enjoys visiting the local historic properties in the region.
If you need any help with Progenesis, whether you’re a customer or currently evaluating the software, you can contact Vicki on firstname.lastname@example.org.
